Our aim is to satisfy the needs of all those people who want to eat healthily, with local and seasonal products, organic as far as possible, using a series of techniques and studies to obtain dishes in which the nutrients, colours and, fundamentally, their organoleptic characteristics are enhanced.

Our proposals are dynamic, that is to say, depending on the seasonality and availability of our local suppliers and collaborators.

We produce our own bread, pasta, cheese, preserves and cold meats.

Breakfast is served as a buffet; we know that it is probably the most important meal of the day, so we take great care to ensure that it is healthy, varied, good and energising.

Fresh fruit and vegetable extracts are always available.
Coffee and tea, along with other teas and herbal teas, are freshly prepared.

In addition, there is the possibility to offer superfoods and proteins on request to complete a rich breakfast for sportsmen and athletes.
